Gildan Ultra Cotton Adult T-Shirts (2000)
The Gildan Ultra Cotton 2000 is a heavyweight crew neck tee made from 203gsm ring spun cotton in a preshrunk jersey knit. The thicker fabric gives it a denser, more structured feel compared to standard 180gsm cotton blanks, making it a solid choice when a more substantial shirt is needed. The heavier weight also provides a smoother printing surface for sharper, more vibrant results.
A seamless double-needle 7/8″ collar sits flat and clean around the neckline, while taped neck and shoulders prevent stretching over time. Double-needle stitching on the sleeves and bottom hem reinforces the stress points. The shirt is quarter-turned to eliminate the center crease, and a tear-away label allows for easy rebranding. Fibre content varies by colour — heather shades use a 50/50 cotton-polyester blend and RS Sport Grey uses 90/10.
Available in 14 colours with size ranges varying by colour: core colours (White, Black, Navy, Sports Grey) run from S to 5XL, mid-range colours from S to 3XL, and select colours from S to 2XL. Also available in a long-sleeve version (2400). A durable heavyweight blank suited for custom printing, staff uniforms, event merchandise, or branded apparel where a thicker, more premium feel is preferred.
